1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Omnelyx Tattoo Studio LLC (“omnelyx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and forms part of these Terms.
2. Important tattoo and piercing disclaimers
The Site provides general information about our studio, artists, and services. It is not medical advice. Tattooing and piercing involve inherent risks, including irritation, allergic reaction, and infection if aftercare is not followed. Healing varies by person and placement.
- All services are performed by professional artists following studio hygiene protocols.
- We comply with sanitary standards and safety procedures, including barrier protection and single-use needles.
- Clients are responsible for final decisions on tattoo design and placement.
If you have a medical condition, take blood-thinning medication, have a known allergy to metals or pigments, are pregnant, or have any concerns that may affect eligibility, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before booking. We may refuse or postpone a procedure where we reasonably believe it is unsafe.
3. Description of the Site and enquiries
The Site allows you to (a) view information about omnelyx, (b) browse artists, services, and gallery content, and (c) submit an enquiry to request a consultation or booking slot. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee an appointment. Appointment availability depends on artist schedules, the scope of the requested work, and operational capacity.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise that the Site will always be available or error-free.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security, or integrity. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, server, or any connected systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or bypass security or access controls.
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or copy Site content without our prior written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information via any form or contact channel.
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or content that could disrupt the Site.
- Send spam, bulk messages, or promotional solicitations through the enquiry form.
- Use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including sanctions and export control rules.
We may block, rate-limit, or restrict access to protect the Site and our users, including in response to suspected automated traffic, abuse patterns, or security risks.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use presents a security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
